I am searching for mentors that could be utilized in a consultant format for other teams. The way I’m envisioning this “Consultant Program” is to have a database of mentors and professional volunteers. As teams request help I would attempt to match skills with needs. I would contact the mentor and ask if they could lend assistance. This could be accomplished in many ways up to and including personnel meetings. I would prefer to keep the assistance to the cyber-world environment. This would allow quick response time without taking away from the mentor’s very valuable team time.
I believe with today’s technology this could be accomplished. The use of webcams and digital cameras will allow participating parties to be well informed.
